Friday!

We are down to the last week! No school on Monday. We will go to The Reef on Tuesday. The bus leaves at 9:00 and we will return at 2:00. All students need to have their swimsuit, lunch money or cold lunch, towel, and a change of clothes. They can wear their swimsuits to school with clothes over it or they can bring their suit to change into at The Reef. This should be a very fun and exciting day!

Wednesday

The awards assembly is tomorrow at 9:30. Please make sure your child has returned all permission slips and $20 for 6th grade day. The 40 Book Challenge Pizza lunch is tomorrow. 6th grade day is next Thursday. I will be sending home a schedule for parents who have volunteered to help. We are asking the students to sign up and bring either chips or a dessert. All students will bring their own drink. It must have a screw on lid and not be glass.

Tuesday morning

Just a reminder that Student-Led Conferences are this Wednesday. The students have worked so hard preparing for this day. I'm sure it will be a fun and enjoyable day for students and parents. I will not be there as my daughter is having her baby today. I apologize for not being there.

Thursday is our Aviation Field Trip to Laurel. The bus will leave promptly at 8:30. Students need to make sure they bring a disposable sack lunch.

Friday is our walk to Castle Rock. We will be eating lunch there, so students need to make sure there is money in their lunch account here at Eagle Cliffs.

Book Orders are due on Friday.

Saturday

Just a few notes for next week. Success Boards are due on Monday. Student-Led Conferences are on Wednesday. Mr. P will be subbing again on Monday. Don't forget to make sure you have lunch money in your account for the day at Castle Rock on Friday. Our Aviation field trip is on Thursday.

My daughter has not had her baby yet. We are anxiously waiting!

Tuesday

Students are working so hard on their projects that are due soon. We had a lot of time in class today working on these projects. Their family crests are due tomorrow. The success boards are due on Monday. Student-Led Conferences are next Wednesday and you will receive a note tomorrow with your assigned time. Students took home a sheet today for their 6th grade t-shirts. These need to be returned by Thursday. Looking ahead, our Chapter 9 Math test will be next Wednesday.
